I made the little ceramic bowls. They were the perfect home for Cactus Jack and his friend. The other friends have made their way to the car's antenna and get to see more of the world. I don't know where Cactus Jack will end up. He's not an official employee and won't be allowed to go to the new corporate office. Even the inanimate objects are getting downsized.

It is called a leash. Use it.
It should have been safe to take a walk at lunch. Its a commercial area, busy enough street, & next to the freeway. No. Who joins me for my walk but this nice size dog who so reminded me of my dog who died of cancer.

This dog was more than happy to walk with me. At least it had tags. I am happy to say that I saw the general direction the dog came from. Someone was able to direct me to the irresponsible piece of garbage that owns the dog & just lets him roam.
Luckily for the POS, he wasn't in as I intended to give him a lashing. His dog maybe a sweetheart & is non agressive, but I have been known to bite.
From now on I'm walking with a leash.
Maybe hubby can turn a blind eye to the strays he sees everyday, but I cannot.
From now on, if I find a stray, I am taking it directly to the pound. If a person is not going to put tags on the collar and/or let them run, then they don't need a dog. It is not my job to worry if their dog gets attacked, starves, or gets hit by a car because they got lost & their owner didn't do what they needed to so the dog could get home. Pissed me off.
As for walking at work, i did get in 1.86 miles. Missed the last walk due to my office getting locked down. Much drama. I will add it ti my walk tonight.
I am getting my 5 miles in today.

My very first time
This is my very first omelet. Yes! The first one EVER and it was perfect. Well, almost perfect. I did forget to add the salt. But the rest of it was great. Ham and cheese and tomato.
Did I mention that I love you tube? There are a ton of videos that list "the perfect omelet" but this one IS the perfect omelet. He made it so simple and yet it is all you need.

Coolest Dog in Camp

--
Things from my childhood. This handful of marbles is over 50 years old. In the early 1960s,my stepfather had a tabletop size plank of wood that he had drilled holes into and then varnished it. The game Aggravation was later produced in 1970.
I found the original cloth bag with the marbles in it last year. I love the memory of the sound the dice made hitting the wood & how the marbles fitted snuggly in the holes. Of course the laughter & family being together loving each other is nice too.
