I have to say that I do enjoy e-mealz.com. No more sitting at the table and coming up with a week's worth of meals to serve for dinner. E-mealz provides 5 meals a week that includes ingredients and instructions on how to prepare the meal. This is all on a single page. The second page is a grocery shop with all the ingredients needed. Each grocery item has the # of the meal it goes with. Whoo Hoo! What a great time saver. This is a subscription service, but its well worth the money.
