I was quite excited to see that my friend, Priscilla, had some chinese coins that she had removed from a necklace she had. I used those to make one of the bracelets. I love it!
I told her that my bracelet was magic and now I would always win when we play Mah Jong.
I can't take all the credit for this bracelet. I still had a bit of wire showing when I was finished, but Valerie took it and restrung it for me. Now it looks perfect.
I'm going to check out the store, A Rolling Stone, in Redlands before the next workshop. We will probably schedule it late in July. Let me know if you are interested in coming.
In the meantime, I have a few days off from watching the kids. That means I will get busy and get all the photos uploaded in Steve's store. He has been a busy man and has made beautiful bowls. I need to get that done before he finishes building my new spinning wheel that I know I will love. It's much smaller than the first one and I will be able to move it around with me in whatever room I'm in.
Can't wait for it.
